Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Visual Merchandising Regional Manager (Philippines) – Victoria’s Secret, preferably to handle Luxury Fashions. We are seeking as below requirements:
VM PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Collaborate closely with the designer (marketing team based in the regional office), senior visual merchandiser, and area managers for seasonal window, marketing signage orders, and mapping planning.
- Review each seasonal brand guide and liaise with the allocator to ascertain new stock availability (& to review existing stock levels) for each Beauty/ Acc / Panties launches, proposed idea when necessary, if there is any inventory challenge prior to the launch date.
VM MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION
- To ensure that Visual merchandising needs are fully executed on a timely basis.
- Key responsibility of maintaining VM standards for all stores at all times, with the supports from Senior Visual Merchandiser and Store Managers.
VM BUDGET CONTROL AND ACCOUNTABILITY
- Control both seasonal/promotional marketing collateral order (printing) & VM element budgets within the forecasted annual budget.
- Support Senior VM Manager in managing and tracking annual/seasonal window/marketing signage spending.
Qualifications
- University graduate from Visual Communications, Merchandising.
- Minimum 5 years in a VM position with working experience in Fashion Retail
- Execute all visual merchandising tasks on time and maintain consistent brand standards across every store.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Pleasant Personality
- Excellent communicator
- Proficient in computer skills
- Self-reliant
- Fluent in English, both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is an added advantage.
