POSITION SUMMARY
To help drive and support the growth and expansion of the multi-channel retail environment within the Real Madrid Retail business ️⚽.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities for theVisual Merchandising Supervisor(Real Madrid Retail) roleare as follows:
Create and implement a Visual Merchandising strategy for the stores and online channels.
Ensure the strategy is in line with the Real Madrid brand, products, and target market.
Generate sketches of visual displays that meet the store’s visual design requirements.
Finalise designs and create detailed floor plans for display areas.
Change displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.
Ensure the uniformity of displays across all store locations.
Liaise and coordinate with other visual retail professionals, buyers, marketing executives, and merchandisers, when necessary.
Monitoring costs and working within the budget.
Researching lifestyle and design trends that will inform the visual merchandising strategy.
Other duties and projects as assigned and directed by the Visual Merchandising Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
A minimum of two years as Visual Merchandiser within the sporting or fashion industry goods.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented and extremely organized with the ability to multi-task.
Gets things done, delivers to highest of standards and takes responsibility.
Ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions.
Someone who thinks creatively and works collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges.
Nice to have: Good command of the English language.
