We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Supervisor responsible for executing visual merchandising activities to deliver the highest quality visual display expected of a genuine luxury brand to support the LOEWE exceptional customer experience.

Reporting to Head of Visual Merchandising, you will work closely with a range of departments, including Merchandising, Architecture, Retail, Logistics and E-commerce.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Conduct regular thematic window set-ups and monthly in-store floor-set changes in respective area, according to Global VM guidelines and key China calendars to ensure display strategies are diligently and effectively implemented in all stores.
  • Conduct responsible area’s visual displays for productions and visual displays – Marketing & Press events, pop-up stores, trunk shows.
  • Conduct VM trainings for stores with special attention to in-store VM ambassadors. Provides coaching support to all stores.
  • Work closely with China Merchandising, Retail, PR & Marketing and Store Managers to provide the most effective floor-set displays and window presentations to deliver successful product launch & push strategies leading to positive sales.
  • Gather feedback from own retail stores and retail landscape, report and suggests to China Head of VM for potential or missed display opportunities identified.
  • Support VM tools and props’ production and related coordination.
  • Support VM department’s administrative and logistic coordination with LOEWE headquarters and domestic agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree; preferably in Visual Merchandising / Fashion Merchandising / Visual Communications / Fine Art or Design.
  • Solid experience in field visual merchandising with a strong retail portfolio in fashion / luxury industry. Shop floor management experience preferred.
  • Creative with strong problem-solving ability, flair for fashion combined with commercial acumen.
  • Good knowledge and curious of current fashion landscape, visual merchandising trends and industry best practices.
  • Experience in Women and Men’s ready-to-wear styling. Able to recreate additional fashion looks respecting brand’s aesthetic.
  • Able to take engaging photos. Produce story-telling VM albums for internal audience.
  • Able to work with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design software. Able to draft / work with planograms preferred.
  • Proficient in the Chinese and English language.Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Lively team player.
  • Great attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Able to travelfor work and handle late night works independently.
