Job Overview
Responsible for the overall coordination of the company's procurement management, formulating procurement development plans, optimizing the procurement system, coordinating supply chain resources, ensuring the efficient and stable operation of procurement, and supporting the company's sustainable development.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's procurement development plan and annual procurement plan.
Overall planning and management of procurement work to ensure the efficient and orderly conduct of procurement operations.
Establishing and improving procurement management systems and workflows to improve procurement operational efficiency.
Responsible for supplier development, evaluation, and maintenance of cooperative relationships, continuously optimizing the supplier system.
Coordinating resources from procurement, supply chain, and related departments to ensure smooth business execution.
Driving towards procurement cost optimization and improving overall procurement efficiency.
Responsible for the construction and daily management of the procurement team.
Maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and coordinating and resolving procurement-related issues.
Completing other tasks assigned by the company.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum 20 years of cumulative work experience.
Minimum 8 years of procurement management experience.
Familiar with procurement and supply chain related work.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Able to effectively manage and advance procurement-related tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in office software.
Conscientious and responsible with excellent professional ethics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in procurement management within the jewelry or manufacturing industry.
Experience in international procurement or cross-border supply chain management.
Experience in managing large enterprises or multi-supplier systems.
