As the US Vice President of Sales, you will drive sales growth within the US women’s fashion wear. Your primary focus will be selling to ladies’ fashion brands in North America. This role offers full autonomy for the US business, allowing you to set the sales strategy and create a sales plan. This role is with a very stable global organization and will offer tremendous growth opportunities and an equity stake in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with potential clients in the apparel industry

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and meet customer requirements

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities

Qualifications:

8-10+ years ofsales or supply chainexperience in the wholesale apparel industry

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage remote work

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% of the time
