Join Our Wardrobe Assistant Programme
We’re building a network of independent Wardrobe Assistants to help customers organise, photograph and digitise their wardrobes on the Wdrbe app.
Wardrobe Assistants use the Wdrbe marketplace to promote their services, manage their availability and receive bookings from customers in their chosen service areas.
Note: This is an independent service-provider opportunity and is not an offer of employment with Wdrbe.
How It Works
As an approved Wardrobe Assistant, you will be able to:
- Create and manage your own service-provider profile.
- Choose the cities or areas in which you provide services.
- Set and manage your availability.
- Accept or decline booking requests, subject to the marketplace rules.
- Provide wardrobe organisation and digitisation services directly to customers.
- Build your portfolio, ratings and customer reviews.
- Receive payment for completed bookings through the marketplace.
- Manage your own taxes, insurance, licences and other local business obligations.
Services You May Provide
Depending on the package booked by the customer, your services may include:
- Helping customers prepare and organise their wardrobes.
- Photographing clothing, shoes, bags and accessories.
- Categorising items by type, colour, brand, season and other relevant information.
- Uploading or helping upload wardrobe items to Wdrbe.
- Organising wardrobe items before or after digitisation.
- Providing additional wardrobe-related assistance agreed with the customer.
Experience We Prioritise
We particularly welcome applicants with experience in:
- Personal styling or wardrobe consulting.
- Professional home or wardrobe organisation.
- Fashion, luxury or clothing retail experience
- Visual merchandising.
- E-commerce product photography and product listings.
- Fashion photography or content creation.
- Clothing inventory, cataloguing or data entry.
- Costume, wardrobe or fashion production.
- Tailoring, garment care or alterations.
- Personal assistance, concierge or private household services.
- Hospitality and other customer-facing service roles.
- Decluttering and personal organisation services.
Experience working independently, visiting customers’ homes or managing private clients is especially valuable.

- Comfortable working independently.
- Confident handling clothing and personal belongings carefully.
- Able to take clear, consistent and well-lit photographs.
- Comfortable using smartphones and digital applications.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Able to follow Wdrbe’s service and quality guidelines.
- Available to travel within their chosen service area.
- Legally permitted to provide independent services in their location.
You will need a smartphone with a suitable camera and reliable internet or mobile-data access.
Application Process
- Apply: Submit your experience, skills, location, availability, preferred service area, and a short introduction video showing how you’d organise, photograph, or digitise wardrobe items.
- Review: Our team reviews applications. Shortlisted applicants may be invited to a short video call.
- Verification & Agreement: Successful applicants complete identity, reference, and right-to-provide-services checks, then accept the Independent Service-Provider Agreement and marketplace terms – covering your status, payments and fees, privacy, tax/insurance responsibilities, and dispute procedures before your profile is activated.
- Create Your Profile & Get Booked: Set up your public profile (photo, bio, service area, portfolio, availability, and package pricing) and start receiving bookings. Pricing, your estimated earnings, and platform fees are shown before you accept any booking.
