Essential Functions
Assists team members with uniform fittings.
Receives uniforms ensuring wardrobe area and stock is neat and organized
Uniform exchanges occur according to established procedures.
Collects and inspects uniforms from team members who depart from property.
Prepares uniforms for laundry pick‑up.
Inspects and puts away all clean uniforms.
Issues and collects aprons and other accessories.
Completes loan slips for borrowed uniforms or accessories.
Operates team member coatroom as required.
Completes New Hire and Termination paperwork and issues lockers.
Unpacks and hangs stock.
Consistently demonstrates superior internal and external customer service skills.
Maintains upbeat, positive attitude, friendly and helpful demeanor, positive energy and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.
Utilizes smiles and frequent eye contact and friendly tone of voice to project warmth and friendliness.
Is ready to serve and well informed of daily facility hours of operation, promotional programs and any other relevant valuable guest information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.
Checks for satisfaction and properly uses the Service Recovery process to resolve problems when they exist.

Ability to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays
Works in Wardrobe Department with Wardrobe team members to alter and maintain designed uniforms for casino team members.
Makes necessary adjustments to flat and fitted items.
Performs other sewing and related duties as assigned.
Performs light maintenance sewing chores on employee uniforms or other linen fabric such as button replacement and mending of torn articles.
Presses garments as required.
Makes alterations by utilizing industrial power sewing machine and/or hand stitching.
Records daily activities and work performed.
Maintains stock in a neat, orderly fashion.
Ensures equipment is maintained in good condition.
