About the Role
We’re a fast-growing fashion e-commerce business shipping across our own web store, Nordstrom, Farfetch, and retail — around 58,000 units moving through our warehouse every month. We’re hiring 4 Warehouse Associates to join our cross-trained floor team.
This isn’t a single-task role. You’ll be trained across every part of the operation — goods-in, picking, packing and despatch, returns, and retail fulfillment — and flex to where the volume is each day. If you like variety, learning the full picture of how a warehouse runs, and being part of a small team where your work is visible, this is that job.
What You’ll Do
- Goods-in: receive, check, process, and put away inbound stock
- Fulfillment: pick, pack, and despatch web and marketplace orders accurately and on time
- Returns: inspect, grade, and process returned items back to stock
- Retail: pick and prepare stock transfers and retail replenishment
- Hit daily productivity and accuracy targets across whichever function you’re assigned
- Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized
- Flex across functions day to day based on volume and team needs
What We’re Looking For
- Warehouse, fulfillment, retail stockroom, or similar hands-on experience preferred — but attitude and reliability matter most, and we’ll train the right people
- Comfortable working at pace to targets, with strong attention to detail
- Willing to learn multiple functions and switch tasks during the day
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for a full shift
- Reliable attendance — the team depends on each other
- Basic comfort with handheld scanners and warehouse systems (we’ll train)
