Job Summary
Landry Kate is a growing women’s fashion boutique looking for a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Warehouse & Inventory Lead to take ownership of our day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations.
This is a hands-on position for someone who loves organization, works quickly, notices the details, and takes pride in getting things completely finished. You’ll be responsible for helping merchandise move smoothly from delivery → processing → launch-ready → sales floor.
We move fast, launch new product weekly, and need someone who can stay ahead of what’s coming rather than waiting to be told what to do next.
What You’ll Own
- Receiving and organizing incoming merchandise
- Unpacking and processing new inventory
- Barcoding and tagging products
- Assigning and maintaining warehouse bin locations
- Steaming and preparing merchandise
- Measuring apparel for online product listings
- Preparing accessories and small goods for launch
- Ensuring merchandise is completely processed and ready for weekly launches
- Managing daily store restocks
- Maintaining accurate and organized inventory locations
- Troubleshooting missing or misplaced inventory
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
- Prioritizing daily and weekly warehouse tasks
- Helping direct additional team members during busy receiving and launch periods
- Identifying problems or bottlenecks before they affect a launch

Retail, boutique, apparel, warehouse, inventory, or merchandising experience is strongly preferred. Previous leadership experience is a plus.
Important to Know
This is an active, hands-on role. You’ll spend much of the day standing, unpacking merchandise, moving inventory, organizing product, steaming, measuring, and working throughout the warehouse.
This is not a desk-based management position.
Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
