Warehouse Picker/Packer Associate (Wholesale Apparel) Jobs in Vernon, CA at Lovesome
Lovesome is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packer Associate to join our growing wholesale fashion team. We are looking for someone with experience in the Los Angeles Fashion District wholesale apparel industry who understands the fast-paced nature of order fulfillment and inventory management.
The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, physically capable of handling warehouse duties, and works well independently as well as with a team. A valid driver’s license is preferred for occasional local deliveries, pickups, and other company-related transportation needs.
Duties:
- Pick, pack, and prepare wholesale orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order quantities, styles, colors, and sizes before packing.
- Organize, sort, and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise shipments.
- Label, barcode, and prepare products for inventory and shipping.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and warehouse organization.
- Load and unload boxes and merchandise safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with showroom and stockroom organization as needed.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform local pickups and deliveries when required (valid driver’s license preferred).
- Follow company procedures for inventory control and order accuracy.
- Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience, preferably in wholesale apparel or the Los Angeles Fashion District.
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems.
- Valid California driver’s license preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
