Warehouse Support (Temporary, FT)

This position will assist our Lincoln Park New Jersey warehouse manage ecommerce returns. The role will make sure that all returns are accepted, checked and packed accurately and sent out on time.

This role is a temporary contract, Full Time hours.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure that all customer returns and exchanges are completed in the system and that the correct procedures are followed according to the nature of the return/exchange. Escalate any issues to management as needed.
• Check all returned items for damages before returning to web for resale. If item is faulty ensure that it is carefully checked and reported to the appropriate department.
• Maintain customer service team up date of the status of returns/ exchanges.
• Maintain returns area and warehouse organized and properly maintained by ensuring that housekeeping standards are met and adhere to Health & Safety standards and guidelines on a daily basis.
• Ensure warehouse packing supply is ordered in a timely manner.
• Liaise with couriers to ensure any inquiries with shipping are resolved.
• Ensure that all shipping and customs paperwork is properly completed and submitted.
• Assist with warehouse duties as required by management.
