CHF 75,000 – 85,000 + Strong Commission Structure

Our client, a recognised market leader in High and Haute Horology, is seeking an experienced Watch Salesperson to join their prestigious Zurich boutique. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional with a genuine passion for fine watchmaking to represent some of the most coveted timepieces in the industry.

The Role

Working within an intimate, client-focused environment, you will deliver an exceptional purchasing experience to a discerning clientele of collectors and connoisseurs. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with both established UHNW clients and new prospects, offering expert guidance on complications, heritage, and craftsmanship across the brand's most exclusive collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a bespoke, consultative sales experience to clients ranging from first-time collectors to seasoned connoisseurs
  • Develop deep product expertise across complicated and limited-edition timepieces, including movements, materials, and horological heritage
  • Build and nurture a personal client book through clienteling, follow-up, and long-term relationship management
  • Represent the maison at client events, trunk shows, and VIP appointments
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets
  • Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and discretion befitting a Haute Horology environment
  • Stay current on industry trends, auction results, and competitor collections

About You

  • Minimum 3 years' sales experience within high or haute horology, fine jewellery, or a comparable luxury goods environment
  • Genuine passion for watchmaking, with strong existing product and technical knowledge
  • Proven ability to build rapport with UHNW and HNW clientele
  • Polished, professional presentation with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in German and English essential; additional languages (French, Italian, Mandarin, Russian, Arabic) highly advantageous
  • Existing client book within the Swiss luxury watch market is a strong asset
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Zurich
