Requirements
Basic Etiquette
Punctual and respectful of both guests and co-workers’ time.
Follow uniform rules and guidelines.
Professional look with light makeup, hair properly done, and appropriate nail length required.
Waxing/Reception Duties/ Salon Experience
Perform all Radiant Waxing services effectively and efficiently.
Answer phones with a positive, upbeat energy.
Acknowledge guests with a smile and shake hands with any new guests.
Communicate with co-workers regarding schedule changes and guest requests.
Return phone messages in a timely manner.
Offer all guests water and use of the restroom.
Review guest intake form to verify there are no contraindications.
Lead guests to suite.
Maintain a clean working environment both in the suite and in common areas.
Teamwork
Participate in team support and ‘The Dance’ with co-workers.
Offer help whenever there’s a need.
Support and encourage coworkers with any areas they may struggle.
Participate in team meetings.
Marketing
Participate in marketing events outside the salon.
Participate in individual marketing.

Participate in initial proprietary training program.
Participate in ongoing training including, but not limited to conference calls, workshops, and quality checks.
