Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Wedding Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hairstyling and an eye for detail, specializing in creating stunning hairstyles for brides and their bridal parties. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be working closely with clients to achieve their desired looks for their special day.
Duties
Consult with brides and bridal parties to understand their hair preferences and styles.
Create beautiful hairstyles that complement the wedding theme and individual client preferences.
Provide hair trials prior to the wedding day to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to offer clients the best options.
Ensure all tools and products are sanitized and maintained in accordance with health regulations.
Work efficiently under time constraints, especially on the wedding day, to meet schedules.
Collaborate with other beauty professionals, such as makeup artists, to provide a seamless experience for clients.
Requirements
Proven experience as a hairstylist, preferably with a focus on bridal or event styling.
A valid cosmetology license is required.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate wedding schedules.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple clients on busy days.
A portfolio showcasing previous bridal hairstyles is highly desirable.
Knowledge of hair care products and techniques is essential.
