We are looking for a part time and full time Weekend Fashion Curator and Retail Associate to join our vibrant team at Eres Boutique in Seattle. Our Retail Associates are crucial to our business success and play a significant role in the company’s growth.
As a Fashion Curator and Retail Associate, you will:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure every customer feels welcome and valued, creating an uplifting shopping experience.
- Engage with Customers: Assist with styling choices and answer questions with expertise, helping customers find pieces that reflect their personal style.
- Inventory Curation: Carefully select high-quality fashion items that align with our boutique’s aesthetic and standards.
- Pricing: Use your knowledge of market trends, brand value, and item condition to set competitive prices.
- Attention to Detail: Show meticulous attention to details, ensuring all items meet our quality standards.
- Designer and Brand Knowledge: Utilize your extensive knowledge of fashion brands and designers to authenticate and appraise items, especially designer bags.
- Material Understanding: Demonstrate a strong understanding of different materials and their care requirements, which is crucial for curating and maintaining our inventory.
- Maintain and Grow Our Instagram Presence: Showcase our unique offerings and store events, engaging our community with compelling content and updates.
- Participate in Daily Store Operations: Maintain an organized and appealing shopping environment, contributing to the overall efficiency and aesthetic of the store.

Responsibilities:
- Curate and select fashion items that align with our boutique’s standards.
- Create engaging content and manage our social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Achieve sales goals and support team initiatives.
- Handle cash and perform transactions such as sales and returns.
Requirements:
- Passion for customer service and strong relationship-building skills.
