We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily store operations, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and driving sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
– Assist customers with purchases, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have
– Process transactions efficiently and accurately
– Maintain a thorough understanding of the store’s inventory, including knowledge of products and their uses
– Perform daily stocking and replenishment tasks to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing
– Provide product recommendations and engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques
– Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members
– Offer assistance to customers with locating products and answering questions
– Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
– Keep the store clean and organized, including the checkout lanes and surrounding areas
-Help with hat parties in the store and help customers create custom hats
Skills:
– Proven experience in a retail environment
– Strong skills in sales and customer service
– Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
– Experience with stocking and replenishing products

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
– Physical stamina to stand for long periods
