Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. It is a small salon of 4 chairs. We are chair rental. You will have proper storage for color/product storage. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing your clients’ beauty and confidence through expert hair styling and care. You will be responsible for providing exceptional services while ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair styling techniques, color theory, and retail sales.
Duties
Bi-weekly rent.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Use square for appointments and check out,
Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products that meet clients needs.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with salon management practices and the ability to maintain store operations effectively.
Experience with square software systems is a plus.
Strong understanding of sanitation practices within the salon environment.
Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
