Roles and Responsibilities
- An active Esthetics license
- Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
- Provide excellent service to clients by performing top-level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
- Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management (service upgrades and retail)
- Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
- The ability to promote yourself in order to build a following

- Sundays:
- 4:15pm – 8pm (3 services)
- Mondays:
- 4:15pm – 9:15pm (4 services)
- 4:30pm – 9:30pm (4 services)
- 4:45pm – 9:45pm (4 services)
- 5pm – 10pm (4 services)
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays:
- 5:30pm – 9:15pm (3 services)
- 5:45pm – 9:30pm (3 services)
- 6pm – 9:45pm (3 services)
- 6:15pm – 10pm (3 services)
- Fridays and Saturdays:
- No availability at this time
Pay
- Service commission starts at $24 per one hour service
- 20% commission on all upgrades
- 10% commission on all retail sold
- Gratuities average about $20 per service
