About the Role

We are seeking an organised, commercially minded and proactive Wholesale Account Executive / Wholesale Account Manager to join our team.

This role is a pivotal position within the company, responsible for supporting and developing relationships with wholesale partners while ensuring the seamless operational management and administration of Wholesale accounts.

The successful candidate will be appointed at either Executive or Manager level depending on experience. For candidates joining at Manager level, the role will include greater ownership of wholesale partner relationships, sales performance, forecasting and business development activities.

Working closely with internal teams including Production, Logistics, Marketing, Finance and Merchandising, this role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service to our wholesale partners and contributing to the achievement of wholesale sales objectives.

The position will also support key business initiatives, events and special projects as required.

Key Responsibilities

Wholesale Account Management & Partner Support

  • Act as a key point of contact for wholesale partners, delivering a high level of service and ensuring requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Support account planning activities and partner development initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates to partners regarding orders, deliveries, stock availability and product launches.
  • Assist with onboarding new wholesale partners, ensuring all documentation and account set-up requirements are completed accurately.
  • Support preparation for partner meetings, presentations, reviews and business updates.

 

Additional Responsibilities (Manager Level)

  • Take ownership of designated wholesale accounts and partner relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales, improve performance and strengthen partnerships.
  • Monitor account performance against targets and develop action plans where required.
  • Lead partner meetings and contribute to strategic account planning and forecasting.

Order Management & Operational Excellence

  • Raise, process and maintain wholesale orders accurately within SAP and other business systems.
  • Track orders from placement through to fulfilment, ensuring timely delivery and proactive communication of any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and account documentation across all wholesale accounts.
  • Conduct regular reviews of outstanding orders and coordinate actions with Production, Logistics and Finance teams.
  • Ensure all order confirmations, invoices and associated documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues affecting fulfilment.

Logistics, Inventory & Stock Coordination

  • Liaise with Logistics teams to ensure shipments are delivered in line with agreed schedules.
  • Coordinate product, packaging, POS and marketing collateral deliveries for wholesale partners.
  • Ensure customs, shipping and export documentation is completed accurately where required.
  • Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning across wholesale channels.
  • Assist with online wholesale platform management, including stock updates, replenishment orders and product uploads.

 

Additional Responsibilities (Manager Level)

  • Support demand forecasting and stock planning activities.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising and Operations teams to optimise inventory availability and minimise fulfilment risks.

Reporting & Commercial Support

  • Maintain wholesale sales reports, sell-through analysis and stock-holding reports.
  • Prepare sales presentations, business reviews and account performance updates.
  • Analyse sales and stock data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes within the wholesale department.
  • Produce accurate documentation and reporting to support commercial decision-making.

 

Additional Responsibilities (Manager Level)

  • Review account performance against budgets and sales targets.
  • Provide commercial recommendations based on sales analysis and market insights.
  • Support the development and execution of wholesale growth strategies.

 

Events, Trade Shows & Partner Engagement

  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows, trunk shows, sales events and partner meetings.
  • Coordinate stock selection, logistics, pricing materials and event documentation.
  • Attend domestic and international events as required.
  • Represent the brand professionally when interacting with wholesale partners and end clients.

 

Additional Responsibilities (Manager Level)

  • Lead account activities during trade events and partner visits.
  • Support negotiation of commercial opportunities arising from events and partner meetings.

Special Projects

  • Support Corporate Sales, Bespoke and other special business projects as required.
  • Assist with sample sales, stock clearance initiatives and other commercial activities.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve processes and enhance wholesale operations.

 

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Experience within wholesale, account management, sales support, customer service or commercial operations.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or similar.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Proactive, adaptable and solution-focused approach.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
  • Interest in luxury goods, jewellery, fashion or premium consumer brands.

  • Demonstrable experience managing wholesale, retail or key accounts.

  • Strong forecasting, planning and account development capabilities.
