Mary Frances Accessories is a women-owned fashion accessories brand with over 30 years of success. We design all products in-house and sell through our website as well as major wholesale partners nationwide.
In this dynamic role, we are looking for a warm, sharp, highly organized sales and operational professional to become a trusted right hand to leadership.
Wholesale is in our DNA, so the right person knows how this world works: How orders flow, how accounts are managed, and what goes into great service both from a sales and operations perspective.
What You’ll Do
- Support leadership on multifaceted processes and development
- Support wholesale order flow, inventory coordination, and allocation timelines
- Work in ERP systems (Sage 100) to maintain operational records and reports
- Assist with sales support projects, spreadsheets, and account materials
- Assist fulfillment operations during peak shipping periods when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in wholesale!
- Customer service and/or sales background
- Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets
- Warm, organized and great follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify & Faire a bonus
