We are currently looking for Wholesale Analyst (English/French) within our Wholesale department based in Geneva (Switzerland).

Overview and purpose of role:

Under the Supervision of the EMEI Wholesale, Franchise and Global Etailer Director, The Wholesale Analyst plays a key role in supporting the growth and success of the EMEI Wholesale and Franchise business. Acting as a central point of coordination between customers and internal stakeholders, the Wholesale Coordinator develops a comprehensive understanding of the market, customer performance, and business opportunities.

Working closely with Sales, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, the role ensures the seamless execution of wholesale operations, provides analytical support, and contributes to delivering an exceptional customer experience across the region.

Key Responsibilities of the role

Business Analysis & Reporting (70%)

  • Analyze wholesale and franchise customer performance, sell-through, and purchasing trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare and maintain regular reporting tools and dashboards for Wholesale, Merchandising, and senior management teams.
  • Gather and consolidate customer data to produce weekly and monthly business reviews.
  • Support preparation for commercial meetings with Women’s, Men’s, and Leather Goods teams by providing insights and performance analysis.
  • Monitor key business KPIs and proactively highlight areas requiring attention or action.

Customer & Operational Management (15%)

  • Support the day-to-day management of wholesale and franchise accounts in partnership with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
  • Coordinate shipment tracking, delivery performance reporting, and order follow-up activities.
  • Manage customer-related administrative processes, including sales price lists, markdown files, product information, and commercial documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
  • Support the sales team with order management, issue resolution, and ongoing account servicing.

Sales Support & Commercial Coordination (10%)

  • Assist the Wholesale team in preparing seasonal sell-in campaigns, appointments, and customer presentations.
  • Support the successful execution of product launches, market initiatives, and commercial projects.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Development of marketing tools.

Marketing Tools & Training (5%)

  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of seasonal lookbooks and sales support materials.
  • Support the development of training content for internal wholesale teams and external partners.
  • Ensure product information and brand messaging are communicated consistently across all customer touchpoints.

Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, performance reporting, commercial analysis, or a related analytical environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken; Italian is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Highly organised, with excellent planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and customer-centric mindset.
