Job Summary

Streetwear Graphic Brand is hiring a results-driven Sales Account Manager with proven record experience in the wholesale fashion industry to join our WHOLESALE SALES team.

Job requirements:

· REAL SALES/NEGOTIATION/CONVINCING SKILLS – NOT JUST CUSTOMER SERVICE

· You are experienced working with Wholesale Apparel Sales with proven record of sourcing & building lasting relationships with Wholesale Buyers.

· You are a sales hustler and love closing deals

· You have been an Account Executive at a Wholesale Fashion Company before.

· You have experience in sourcing leads and finding new business.

· You like working in a fast-paced environment, able to excel in high-pressure and fast- paced situations, take pride in your work and able to find unique solutions to problems that arise.

· You are a strong communicator that works well with a team.

· You are a customer service superhero! Able to diffuse a situation quickly and efficiently

· You are OK with traveling to Fashion Week Shows and or Trunk Shows.

Main Responsibilities:

Cultivate and manage business relationships with buyers from boutiques, small retail chains, and various retail businesses in person, via email, phone, video calls, etc.

Candidate will be responsible for building relationships with wholesale buyers ranging from boutique owners to retail chains. When not on the road, the representative will be following up with these accounts, making sure orders are being filled and customers are satisfied with their merchandise!

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, being creative in finding solutions to increase customer loyalty and happiness.

Follow up regularly with customers in order to create new orders, re-orders, and extensions as well as walk them through the new collection every season.

Communicate and work alongside the warehouse and production teams to ensure that all customer needs are met.

Travel to Trunk Shows or Fashion Week Shows across the U.S.in order to showcase the brand each season. The candidate will be responsible for setting up, manning and breaking down the booth.

Perform business analysis by looking into best-selling styles, growth indicators for new accounts, and show reports to maximize sales opportunities (weekly, monthly, seasonally, and annually).
