About The RoleThis role will guide and support major business operations and will drive process improvement and innovation in those efforts. This role is responsible for managing the infrastructure of the wholesale channel to create effective systems for projects, people and overall business health.

This role operates out of the Corporate HQ office.

Essential ResponsibilitiesCultivate and manage business relationships with buyers from boutiques, small retail chains, and various retail businesses in person, via email, phone, video calls, etc

Overseeing the wholesale customer journey from order placement to order delivery

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints within 48 hours, being creative in finding solutions to increase customer loyalty and happiness

Closely Manage The Relationship With Our Wholesale ShowroomOnboarding new accounts to ensure they are set up for success in carrying FREDA

Manage the customer experience for the Wholesale channel with the Wholesale Showroom – customer outreach, swaps, product knowledge, digital asset requests.

Key owner in wholesale order management – preseason + in season

This includes customer outreach, billing, allocation, fulfillment + invoicing

Manage relationship with our factor, Hildun – ensure all accounts are approved for shipping ahead of the ship window.

Communicate and work alongside the warehouse and production teams to ensure that all customer needs are met

Wholesale inventory management – monthly inventory reconciliation and analysis ensuring inventory integrity for the channel

Lead key wholesale initiatives to increase account engagement and brand awareness

Pre and post market preparation – project managing cross functional team to ensure all digital assets are created ahead of market

Sample management pre and post market

Support Wholesale sales team with operational tasks pre and post seasonal markets

This includes sample management in tandem with production, managing timelines + teams to provide all necessary assets for market

Support sales team with in season operational tasks such as GTINs, EDI, etc.

Minimum Requirements1-2 years experience in retail or wholesale appreciated

Proficient in Excel

Highly analytical with a keen eye for detail as it relates to large datasets
