Our fashion client is currently looking to hire a Wholesale Assistant who will support the Director of Sales and several Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
Samples:
Order & receive all samples for ECOM photography for all 3 brands
Gather, sort, organize, tag all Samples to be passed over to ECOM team for photography
Follow up on missing samples with design to pass on to ECOM team
Complete Shot Sheets for ECOM team to process samples at Studio for all 3 brands
Administration:
Monitor Image dropbox for updated images to be loaded into Salsify timely
Follow up on missing images with ECOM team regularly
Market/Sales:
Set up showrooms for market appointments (Steam & Pin)
Send out Market packets
Assist in Market appointments when necessary (Lunch, Showroom reset)
Attend/Assist in Tradeshows when possible
Creative:
Assist with photoshoots
Maintain ECOMM photo database
Create PowerPoint photo presentations for Market packets
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
1-2 years’ sales experience is a plus
Strong communication skills
Positive and collaborative team member with the ability to work independently
Highly organized, strong attention to detail and follow through skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn internal systems, processes and additional software/web based applications
Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
