Zero + Maria Cornejo is a luxury womenswear label designed and produced in NYC with a commitment to responsible design. We are looking for a Wholesale Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where you will work closely with management, our Wholesale Director, and our Finance Director to oversee wholesale client relationships, shipping, and operations. We are a small team with a collaborative ethos and see potential for this role to evolve over time alongside your interests.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for our wholesale accounts, handle shipping and invoicing communications, special orders, reorders, and RTVs
- Work closely with our Wholesale Director to review wholesale orders, manage order adjustments, and submit seasonal factor approvals
- Support wholesale market and partner with our design team to build seasonal commercial linesheet
- Manage 3PL shipments through our warehouse, including reviewing factory packing lists, processing receivers, inventory allocation, pick tickets, and customs paperwork for international shipments
- Work with Finance Director to provide weekly shipping projections for cash flow planning, coordinate invoicing and payment timelines
- Work with Production Manager to ensure timely deliveries, review priorities, and handle discrepancies
- Process EDI transmissions, barcode creation, e-catalogue uploads, ASN, 810 invoices
Qualifications:
- 0 – 2 years experience in wholesale, sales operations, or a related role in fashion
- Proficiency in Excel a must. Experience with InDesign preferred
Full time, NYC
Salary range: 55 – 67k per annum
