Summary Of PositionThe primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Wholesale Department in building and maintaining successful relationships with our wholesale accounts (e.g., buyers & planners from major department stores, sales agencies, boutiques) and vendors (e.g., merchandisers).

As an integral member of the Wholesale Department, this person will contribute to the wholesale business by executing and tracking day-to-day deliverables for existing and new business accounts. They will be responsible for ensuring sales orders are collected, tracked, and fulfilled. They will work with cross functional teams (e.g., Product Merchandising, Design, Creative, Brand/Marketing) to compile and track product information, assets, samples, etc. to help achieve & exceed sales targets every month.

The right fit for this role at Quay must be organized, have a sense of urgency, embody excellent customer service skills for managing accounts, and exhibit clear communication with internal and external partners. ResponsibilitiesOperational:70%

Execute general administrative tasks including, requesting final product information and images to populate retailer buying portals (e.g., NuORDER, line sheets, order shells)

Deliver assets for sales meetings/presentations and update seasonal line sheets

Maintenance of wholesale partners’ e-commerce site, brand page, PDP (Product Detail Page), site exposure, and promotional activity

Ensure purchase orders are received, inputted, and processed by expected delivery date (work closely with Order Management/Operations teams)

Assist with POP (Point of Purchase), purchase orders, and customer care

Assist with samples, gratis, product, collateral, marketing, events, etc. requests as needed by Wholesale Buyers

Provide sales and product support to Wholesale Buyers pre- and post-sale primarily via email and video conference

Provide exceptional customer service to all wholesale partners

As needed, assist Wholesale Specialist with reorder requests from wholesale partners, ATS (Available to Ship) lists, investigating and disputing chargebacks, etc.

Ad hoc projects including reporting analysis, promotional activity, etc.

Partner with Creative team to write and submit Creative Briefs for all assets needed for the Wholesale Department

Partner with Merchandising team to understand assortment selection

Partner with Visual Merchandising team to ensure on-time delivery of fixtures and communicate updates and collect info from sales reps

Partner with Product team on salesperson sample needs and shipping/management of all samples

Keep SharePoint organized and help maintain wholesale accounts’ product assortment files, etc.

Assist in onboarding Sales Reps

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (work experience may be substituted for a degree)

Merchandising and account management experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and proficient financial acumen

Elevated level of proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Power Point, Word, and especially Excel)

Preferred: experience with NuORDER, Shopify, NetSuite or other B2B platform
