Supporting the Creative Director and General Manager, you will foster strong relationships with both local and international clients. As the key point of contact for the team, you’ll exceed at juggling admin duties, creative tasks, and communication across all teams. Based in the Sydney office conveniently located to the Metro, you will also have amazing opportunities to travel within Australia and internationally.
Location: Sydney
Salary: $75k + super + bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES +
Partnering with both domestic and international retailers to broaden market presence.
Building and maintaining key account relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
Discovering growth opportunities and contributing to business development initiatives.
Showcasing the brand with innovation and a dynamic approach, and ensure all agents and stockists have the neccessary media to support sales.
Handle queries related to orders, payments, and shipping.
Assist in acquiring new clients, manage the wholesale platform, regular reporting, and monthly EDMs for each brand.
REQUIREMENTS +
Proven background in account management or sales coordination in a Fashion B2B company
Understanding of store and business structures and how to sell a product.
A strong enthusiasm for fashion and design.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
Resourcefulness, flexibility, and a proactive mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite.
