About the Internship
Angel Apparel is seeking a motivated and organized Wholesale Fashion Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in wholesale fashion, sales, marketing, inventory management, showroom operations, and trade show preparation.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion. This internship offers valuable exposure to the day-to-day operations of a growing wholesale apparel company and may lead to future employment opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory management and merchandise tracking
- Help oversee product samples and maintain showroom organization
- Support influencer collaborations and marketing initiatives
- Assist with social media content and brand outreach
- Contact buyers via phone and email to schedule appointments
- Support sales representatives before and during trade shows
- Help prepare sales materials, line sheets, and presentations
- Assist with administrative and special projects as needed
- Learn the fundamentals of wholesale fashion sales and account management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Marketing, Business, Communications, or related program
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 weekdays per week
- In-person position located in Great Neck, NY
- College credit preferred but not required
- Immediate availability preferred
