Position Overview:

We have an exciting career opportunity to participate in driving our brand’s Wholesale growth. Reporting to our Field Merchandising Lead, our Field Merchandising Specialist will support multi-state, high profile retail stores across the country. This role combines the need for building strong relationships with Jewelry Managers in all designated locations and the ability to effectively facilitate product trainings and merchandising guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with department managers and small business owners – aligning Kendra Scott priorities with their business needs and goals while seeking out new opportunities to impact overall growth/success.

• Discover ways to increase brand awareness with major accounts in new markets.

• Educate and train store managers and sales teams on the Kendra Scott brand, culture and product to create consistency across our teams and brand and deliver in a way that is exciting and encourages them to discuss our products and brand with their customers.

• Attend and support trunk shows hosted by wholesale partners in designated markets.

• Advise wholesale partners on product placement and organizational solutions to help drive Kendra Scott sales.

•Communicate field merchandising results to Account Representatives and related teams with solutions to build visual consistency across the brand.

• Provide feedback to internal Sales Managers on merchandising challenges and opportunities for improvement at each location.

Evolve and update current training by partnering with cross functional teams to provide the most current information.

Partner with third party merchandisers to provide visit feedback to create a cohesive brand presentation across all supported doors and react to needs as they arise.

Support specialty market with showroom set up and tear down as needed.

Upload marketing requests from accounts to our internal project management system.

Support account doors that are declining YoY with check ins on a consistent cadence or as directed.

Continue to update brand merchandising and visual documents/folders to reflect the most up to date information and product presentation.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• 1-2 years of field merchandising experience for a high growth company

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe

• Ability to operate tactically and strategically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

A strong ability to communicate and build relationship with co-workers while keeping others informed
