SKIES ARE BLUE is a fast-growing women’s fashion wholesale apparel brand based in the heart of Los Angeles, California. We specialize in young contemporary clothing that blends trend-forward designs with everyday wearability. As we continue to expand rapidly, we’re building our Sales Customer Service Team and seeking motivated, organized team players to join us!
Position: Sales Customer Service Representative
Location: 1105 S. BOYLE AVE. LOS ANGELES ,CA 90023
Type: Full-time, in-office
Experience: Minimum 1 year in the wholesale apparel industry (a big plus!)
Key Responsibilities
-Manage and process a high volume of purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency
-Handle customer inquiries and communications via phone and email in a professional, timely manner
-Maintain organized records, track orders, and follow up on pending items
-Collaborate closely with sales, warehouse, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
-Provide excellent support to wholesale buyers and retail partners
Required Qualifications & Skills
-1+ year of experience in the wholesale apparel / fashion industry (required)
-Proven high organizational skills and strong attention to detail
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone + email)
-Strong computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office, email systems, and order management / ERP software a plus)
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
-True team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
-Bilingual in Spanish and English (a big plus!) – Preferred for communicating with our diverse wholesale clients and partners
