As part of our strategic growth, we are looking for a highly experienced Wholesale Manager to lead and drive our wholesale (bulk) sales operations within the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding key accounts, and leading high-performing teams to achieve sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective bulk sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Identify and capture new market opportunities and client segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance
Analyze sales performance and market trends to drive data-driven decisions
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in wholesale/bulk sales within the cosmetics industry
