A fine jewelry company is seeking a TEMP TO HIRE Wholesale Operations Associate to join their team in Sherman Oaks. Must have experience with Netsuite, SPS Commerce and Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the wholesale (majors, boutiques, dropship, events, trunkshows) order process from initial upload to final invoicing, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Process and ship orders based on available inventory, customer priority, and delivery timing.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Wholesale Sales and Logistics teams, aligning on timelines, delivery windows, and mitigating any delays in fulfillment.
- Manage EDI order uploads, ensuring all data is accurate and complete. Resolve discrepancies related to seasonal buys, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive manuals for new wholesale accounts, outlining shipping and routing requirements, key account information, and operational workflows.
- Manage wholesale returns and maintain customer account data in collaboration with Accounts Receivable.
- Research and respond to chargeback claims, working closely with Finance and Retail partners to resolve and reduce risk.
- Deliver high-level customer service while upholding standards for accuracy, efficiency, and operational quality. Answer phone calls when the customer service team is unavailable and forward inquiries to the appropriate team.
- Provide backup support to the eCommerce operations team during high-volume periods or team absences, including processing returns and repairs.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members to ensure consistent processes and knowledge transfer.
