Reporting to:Senior Account Executive
Brand/Product Focus:Dresses
Location (On-Site):New York City, Midtown Manhattan – Fashion District
Key Accountabilities:
Account Assistance:Manage administrative tasks for the department including:
Maintain and monitor selling reports for all major accounts;
Facilitate communication between clients and account management team on all planning, goal setting and performance tracking.
Check account orders for accuracy and assist in order processing, EDI/order confirmation process and shipment tracking.
Manage account style master sheets for e-comm businesses.
Coordinate planning of NY markets. Assist during market, taking notes and photos, follow up from pre-to-post market with internal and external partners
Sample Management:
Manage advertisement samples and showroom samples.
Responsible for packaging, mailing, and tracking sample requests to and from account.
Maintain showroom.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor degree in Merchandising or equivalent background in fashion
· 0-2 years of fashion industry experience
· Strong Excel skills
· Problem solving
The pay range for this position is: $50,000 – $65,000 per /year.
