About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to organise outbound wholesale shipments and process all related administration work. You will be a key point of contact for the LBTY sales team and answer customer queries related to shipping and fulfilment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the day-to-day selling activities for LBTY, by inputing and processing customer orders accurately using the company's order management system.
- Issuing order confirmations to customers, verifying order details, pricing, and delivery information.
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery dates, and product availability.
- Monitoring the progress of orders from placement to delivery, resolving any issues or delays.
- Proactively communicating with customers regarding order updates and changes.
- Completing all relevant system work relating to fulfilment including within 3rd party WMS.
- Creating products within relevant 3rd party systems such as Intertrade.
Support the import/export team as required with activities including:
- Fulfilling inbound movement requests for Retail POs.
- Invoice coding for freight bills.
- Provision of customs clearance instructions.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience of ERP, OMS and WMS systems.
- Understanding of and experience in using Incoterms
- Up to date familiarity with compliance requirements for exporting worldwide
- Experience of Air, Sea, Road Shipments and Express Couriers.
- A strong customer focus, with excellent customer communication skills.
- A real team player attitude, working with others and fostering a positive attitude.
- Proactive mindset: making things happen, with a strong drive for excellence.
Please note, this role may require on occasions late night and or weekend work to respond to the needs of the business.
