FDM internships involve a variety of tasks where interns will gain experience and an understanding of the luxury Lingerie, and RTW markets. Our studio is a collaborative team where all members work together to support our mutual growth. We will provide the candidate with experience and knowledge in many aspects of operating a small, but fast-growing company. You will have the opportunity to work along side our wholesale department.
Duration
SUMMER SEMESTER Part-Time (Availability 3-4 days a week)
Internship Description
• Support the sales team during market appointments and showroom preparation
• Create and update line sheets for new collections
• Manage all sample tracking
• Prospect new clients
• Assist with order entry and weekly selling reports
• Create product knowledge packet for clients
• Showroom maintenance
Qualifications
• Understanding and interest in wholesale sales and the Fleur du Mal aesthetic
• Ability to work and collaborate in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Understanding of Microsoft Office and JOOR
• Willingness and excitement to take on new projects, learn, and grow in the industry
• Hybrid role, must be based in New York
• Availability of 3-4 days a week
• MUST be able to receive school credit for the summer semester
