About the Role

As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, wholesale, and account management to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales and Product Development teams to execute seasonal strategies and support growth initiatives.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key retail accounts, serving as a primary contact for buyers, planners, and merchandisers.
  • Coordinate and track sample requests, shipments, and approvals with overseas vendors and factories.
  • Create and maintain essential sales tools, including buy sheets, cost sheets, line decks, and post-showroom recaps.
  • Enter and track sales orders, purchase orders (POs), and EDI updates while proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Collaborate with design, technical, and production teams to meet client requirements and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Monitor production calendars and development timelines to guarantee on-time shipments.
  • Analyze and organize sales data, preparing reports that inform planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and update internal systems with accurate product details using Excel, Klink, PLM, and other tools.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in the apparel industry, ideally in private label, wholesale, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of retail math, costing, and sales order workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, or a related field preferred.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with PLM (OnePLM/FlexPLM), VSR, or Klink is a plus.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
