Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and fashion-savvy Sales Associate to join our wig and beauty supply store located in the Crenshaw area of Los Angeles. As a key team member, you will assist customers in selecting wigs and hairpieces, provide product knowledge, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding wigs, hairpieces, and beauty products that meet their needs
Provide expert advice on wig types, care, styling, and proper fitting
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including displays and wig stations
Restock inventory, tag merchandise, and assist with inventory counts
Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and follow store procedures
Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service
Stay up to date on the latest hair trends, textures, and styles to better assist a diverse clientele
Ensure loss prevention and security procedures are followed
Qualifications:
Previous retail, beauty, or wig sales experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiastic about beauty, hair, and fashion
Willingness to learn about hair textures, styling tools, and wig customization
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Must be available to work weekends and some holidays
Job Type: Part-time
