Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding Wigs and Hair Care Products, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Duties:
– Engage with customers to provide personalized recommendations and product knowledge
– Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
– Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences
– Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
– Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
– Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
Experience:
– Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty industry
– Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication
– Knowledge of Wigs, hair styling, color theory
– Ability to mentor and train junior sales team members
