Service department brief summary:
Irene’s wigs service department is responsible for assisting clients with wig treatments & repairs. This may include having client wigs washed, styled, treated, removing or installing wefts, etc. candidates must have top of the line customer service skills and be able to handle a fast moving environment. Candidates must be comfortable speaking too and handling customers requests as well as good organizational skills to keep track of customer orders and requested services. Candidates must be willing to work a Full-time schedule.
1. Technical skills & experience
– [ ] Maintain accurate records of client appointments and service history.
– [ ] Ability to recommend appropriate products and services to clients.
– [ ] Ability to work with computer programs & cell phone group chats.
2. Customer service skills
– [ ] Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– [ ] Ability to build and maintain client relationships to ensure a comfortable & supportive experience.
– [ ] Patience & good attention to detail when handling client requests & appointments.
– [ ] A professional and friendly demeanor.
3. Sales & upselling
– [ ] Ability to promote salon services to clients based on clients needs.
– [ ] Ability to meet client retention goals.
4. Teamwork & reliability
– [ ] Punctuality and reliability for personal work schedule and scheduled client appointments.
– [ ] Willingness to assist co workers and contribute to a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 – $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
