You work closely with suppliers, colleagues and a variety of stakeholders, always keeping projects on track without losing sight of the creative end result.

YOU WORK FOR WE®

As Window & POS Production Coordinator, you are the link between creative ideas, production and execution. Your role is to ensure that window concepts and POS materials are produced, distributed and delivered to our stores on time.

You create and manage project timelines, monitor progress and coordinate continuously with suppliers, internal teams and our stores. You maintain oversight of production schedules, distribution lists, samples and mock ups, ensuring every detail is taken care of.

Thanks to your knowledge of materials, production techniques and suppliers, you are more than just a coordinator. You actively contribute to the feasibility of creative concepts and advise on material choices, quality, costs and lead times, helping to turn creative ideas into successful productions. An existing network of suppliers is a definite advantage.

In our fast paced retail environment, you know how to set priorities, adapt quickly and find solutions when plans change or unexpected challenges arise. You are only satisfied when every window and POS element arrives in our stores on time and exactly as planned.

Where you make impact:

• You have experience in production coordination, project coordination or a similar role within retail, fashion or a production environment.
• You bring structure, keep projects on track and maintain oversight, even when managing multiple projects at the same time.
• You have knowledge of materials, production techniques or suppliers and enjoy contributing ideas to achieve the best possible result for every concept. An existing supplier network is a plus.
• You work accurately, have a strong eye for detail and set high standards for both yourself and the final result.
• You are highly proficient in Excel, communicate easily with suppliers and stakeholders and always think one step ahead.

YOU WORK FOR WE®

Als Window & POS Production Coordinator ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen creatie, productie en uitvoering. Jouw rol is ervoor te zorgen dat windowconcepten en POS-materialen tijdig worden geproduceerd, verdeeld en geleverd aan onze winkels.

Je stelt projectplanningen en backplanningen op, bewaakt de voortgang en schakelt continu met leveranciers, interne teams en onze winkels. Daarbij houd je overzicht over productielijsten, verdeellijsten, samples en mock-ups en zorg je ervoor dat alles tot in de kleinste details klopt.

Dankzij jouw kennis van materialen, productietechnieken en leveranciers ben je meer dan alleen een coördinator. Je denkt actief mee over de uitvoerbaarheid van creatieve concepten en adviseert over materiaalkeuzes, kwaliteit, kosten en levertijden, zodat creatieve ideeën ook daadwerkelijk gerealiseerd kunnen worden. Een bestaand netwerk van leveranciers is daarbij mooi meegenomen.

In een dynamische retail omgeving weet jij prioriteiten te stellen, snel te schakelen en oplossingen te vinden wanneer planningen veranderen of uitdagingen ontstaan. Jij bent pas tevreden wanneer alle materialen op tijd én volgens planning in onze winkels aankomen.

Waar jij impact maakt:

• Je hebt ervaring met productiecoördinatie, projectcoördinatie of een vergelijkbare rol binnen retail, fashion of een productieomgeving.
• Je brengt structuur aan, bewaakt planningen en houdt moeiteloos overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd lopen.
• Je hebt kennis van materialen, productietechnieken of leveranciers en denkt graag mee over de beste oplossing voor ieder concept. Een bestaand netwerk van leveranciers is daarbij een mooie plus.
• Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en legt de lat hoog voor jezelf én het eindresultaat.
• Je bent sterk in Excel, schakelt gemakkelijk met leveranciers en verschillende stakeholders en denkt altijd een stap vooruit.
