We are looking for a WOMAN RTW RETAIL MERCHANDISING SPECIALIST based in MILAN.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Business monitoring by markets to optimize sales results and product flow among areas
Support the team in the definition of the sales campaign guidelines
Support in defining the strategy to build up the collection according to local market needs
Assist Markets to ensure consistency with buying guidelines during the buying campaign and before final submission
Help markets to satisfy customer needs through regional transfer with the aim to support loyal clients sales
Support the team in the drafting of ppt presentations relating to action plans
Support in office management activities
Weekly and monthly touchbase with local buyers sharing hq guidelines and deepdive into local needs and business
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry;
Excellent knowledge of fashion trends;
Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail;
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
Effective communication skills;
Excellent proficiency in Excel;
Fluent in English and Italian.
