About the Role
You’ll work closely with brand leaders to create seasonal, trend-led collections across both womenswear and menswear. The team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and fast-paced execution — with no egos, just great ideas and even better follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Design on-trend seasonal collections for menswear and womenswear
Conduct and apply trend research to create commercially strong designs
Develop CADs, tech packs, and detailed production specs
Work cross-functionally with buying, merchandising, and production teams
React fast to emerging trends with agile design turnarounds
Use sales and customer feedback to guide future collection development
Stay on top of market and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
3–5+ years of experience in fast fashion (ideally e-commerce focused)
Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabric
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Exceptional trend instincts and styling sensibility
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives under tight deadlines
Passionate about fashion, social media, and customer-first design thinking
