Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Womenswear Couture Master Cutter based in Dubai. We are looking for someone who can join immediately.The role involves interpreting couture designs, developing precise patterns, and cutting high-end womenswear garments with exceptional accuracy.

The Master Cutter will work closely with designers, pattern makers, and sewing teams to ensure perfect fit, drape, and construction standards across eveningwear, abayas, kaftans, jalabiyas, travelwear, and other luxury womenswear pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

* Reading and understanding design sketches, references, and technical details

* Creating and modifying accurate patterns for couture and bespoke garments

* Managing fabric layout and precision cutting for premium fabrics

* Making fitting adjustments and resolving cutting-related issues during sampling and production

* Maintaining a fast and efficient workflow while strictly following production timelines and deadlines

* Planning and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion of samples and production orders

* Collaborating with atelier teams to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship

* Organizing the cutting room and ensuring efficient fabric usage with minimum wastage

* Maintaining strict quality standards throughout all cutting operations

Qualifications:

* Strong expertise in couture pattern cutting, garment construction, and womenswear fitting, with experience in luxury and bespoke fashion

* Advanced knowledge of fabric handling, draping, and working with delicate and complex materials

* Experience in cutting eveningwear, abayas, kaftans, jalabiyas, travelwear, and couture womenswear

* Strong understanding of the complete fashion development process, from sketches and patterns to sampling and final production

* Excellent attention to detail, precision in measurements, and ability to solve fit and construction challenges effectively

* Ability to work closely with designers, tailors, and production teams in a fast-paced luxury fashion environment

* Strong time management skills with the ability to work under deadlines and deliver high-quality results on schedule
