In-store Image Specialist (38 hours/week)

Job Overview:
Ourin-store image specialist / windows dresserwill be a part of a diverse and inclusive fast pace environment. They have a keen eye for detail and ability to translate sales figures into commercial displays. They understand the styling and ensure that we have the best merchandise available for our customers.
Your responsibilities:
You take care of the store image
You are responsible for the shop windows and in-store mannequins in all departments
Directly perform and supervise the installation and maintenance of shop window decorations and changes to the internal mannequins, which have been approved by the Store Image team according to the guidelines
Ensuring a strong image of the shop windows that meet the guidelines and needs of the store
Adjustments to internal mannequins according to Zara’s strict guidelines
Support the store team to ensure that the high standards of the store image are maintained in all three departments
Participate in weekly meetings to analyze sales results
Work on action plans with the national Image Expert if the global guidelines do not meet Zara guidelines
Requirements:
Commercial work experience
Proactivity in identifying commercial opportunities
Ability to follow all developments in the fashion world
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Flexible approach and quick adaptability
Energy, high motivation and detail-orientation
Good organizational skills and time management
Ability to support shop projects, train the team and act as an example
Availability to travel within the country
