Account Manager – Screen Printing & Embroidery Jobs in Ontario, CA at Garment Decor
Garment Decor is a custom apparel production company specializing in screen printing, embroidery, and finishing services.
We are looking for an in-house Account Manager to work directly with customers from initial quote through order approval.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, personable, and comfortable managing multiple customer projects at the same time.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer quote requests
- Communicate with customers by email, phone, and text
- Prepare quotes and help customers choose garments and decoration options
- Follow up on open quotes and opportunities
- Coordinate with our artwork and production teams
- Keep customers updated throughout the order process
Ideal Candidate
- Previous account management, sales, or customer service experience
- Screen printing, embroidery, and custom merch experience is required
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Organized and good at following up
- Able to manage multiple orders and conversations simultaneously
- Graphic design experience
