Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant with with a focus on sales support and heavy customer service located in Los Angeles. The Administrative Assistant will provide daily support, including managing schedules, responding to a large volume of email communications, account customer service, order management, coordinating meetings, sample management, clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role requires professionalism, efficiency, and strong organizational skills to assist executives, accounts and brands effectively, related to sales pipelines and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, with strong Clerical and Computer Skills
  • Experience in Women’s Wholesale Apparel Fashion Industry required
  • Keen follow up skills
  • Proven track record of excellence in a sales support wholesale role required
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistant duties, including supporting senior staff
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and clear Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in productivity tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, JOOR, Nu Order and Showroom Exchange)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of retail math, a plus
  • Travel is required: markets, trade shows and buyer appointments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
