We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apparel Production Assistant to join the team.

Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate production documentation and records.
Input production data and updates into the company ERP system.
Communicate daily with overseas vendors to track production timelines and resolve issues.
Provide administrative support to the design and production teams.
Ensure timely follow-up on sample requests, production milestones, and deliveries.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in apparel production, fashion design, or a related role.
Proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools.
Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Reliable, responsible, and proactive communication skills.
Preferred Qualities:
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
