Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Apparel Production Manager. The Apparel Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing production timelines, and ensuring product quality. The Apparel Production Manager will also manage the production team and collaborate with designers, technicians and other stakeholders to ensure the production process runs smoothly.
Qualifications
Experience in apparel production management, preferably in a handloom or handwoven textile field
Knowledge of the production process, including dyeing and finishing processes
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience in managing teams and collaborating with stakeholders
Ability to work on-site in Lucknow
Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Production Management, Textile Engineering or related field is a plus.
Knowledge of sustainability and ethical production practices is a plus
