Assist on the adaptation of global strategy and local annual brand plan development, delivering KPIs from upper funnel brand metrics to traffic/sales for both offline stores and Tmall / JD / Douyin / Wechat store business for Hollister & Gilly Hicks

Support to partner with regional Promotions, Finance, and Planning on in-season calendar and messaging changes and other key initiatives

Campaigns/Projects

Support brand campaigns planning/execution (social, digital, PR, events, brand partners/collaborations)

Support Tmall marketing campaign with storytelling cadence and manage AIPL growth via onsite paid media and content channels

Support the planning and execution of organic social and social / PR always-on

Collaborate with multiple external agency teams to execute, optimize and measure all paid/non-paid marketing channels

Collaborate with CRM team to support seasonal membership engagement

Assist on the Associate as Advocator” program design and cross-functional communication. Responsible for the program execution in terms of contract, monthly briefing, content review, data collection and recap

Responsible for budget tracking/payment operations

Product strategy

Work closely with Product team to identify the product message priority for each floorset

Support to translate merchandising insights into business driving, customer-centric marketing campaigns

Content

Support local brand assets development & shooting projects

Work closely with local online & offline business to provide channel marketing support

Others

Key internal partners include: Global HO Brand Marketing, APAC Retail Team, APAC CRM, APAC EC Team, APAC Product, Data & Analytics, Global Promotions, Visual Merchandising

What Do You Need To Bring?

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, literature or related field

3+ years marketing experience (full time), preferably with a lifestyle or apparel brand, with a specific emphasis in brand strategy, digital, and/or Tmall marketing/operation, agency roles

Proven track record driving multiple streams of work – from brief through creative development to execution

Experience managing agencies, and budgets

Strong collaborator, result/solution-driven, resilient, effective communicator in Chinese and in English– both verbal & written

Possesses a genuine passion for fashion, and brand story telling

Be familiar with social media dynamics

Past experience working for Global brands with frequent communication with overseas cross functional teams is a plus
