MISSION:
The Assistant Boutique Director is responsible for assisting the Boutique Director in all operations of the Hublot boutique, as well as in managing the staff, to maximize the boutique performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales
Provide the highest level of customer service in all areas of negotiation, client satisfaction and after-sales service
Ensure the integrity of the brand in the boutique according to HQ standards
Ensure daily display follows HQ guidelines and rotation on a regular basis
Back office and administration
Weekly reporting on boutique sales and operations
Provide necessary feedback on inventory mix, stock orders and inventory controls
Manage logistics of returns and after-sales inventory
Assist in focusing the team on financial targets of the boutique, including sales, discounts and inventory
Events, activations and networking
Assist in all logistic of boutique event organized by the brand
Ensure boutique Instagram account is updated following the HQ guidelines
CRM: ensure customer database is up to date and provide necessary information
Management
Assist in staff scheduling
Provide mentoring to Sales Associates on the floor in customer service and relationship as well as ensuring that all Retail guidelines, policies & procedure of the company are followed
Acting manager on the floor when Boutique Director is not present in the boutique
PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree preferred and minimum 5 years of related experience
Previous retail luxury experience required
Minimum of 2 years in a retail management role and previous experience in assisting manage a store required
Strong organizational skills
Good leadership skills and team management
High customer focus and strong interpersonal skills
Thorough understanding of timepieces industry desired
MS Office proficient
